Welcome to the Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) Research & Education Foundation WebsiteFoundation Accepting Board Nominations - The RMC Research & Education Foundation is accepting nominations to fill seven expiring Board terms. Terms are three years each and nominees will be elected at the Foundation's next Board of Trustees meeting taking place on Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Fuel Consumption and Emissions Study Released - The Foundation recently released the new study Effect of Pavement Type on Fuel Consumption and Emissions in City Driving. Foundation Releases SCC Formwork Pressures Study - The RMC Research & Education Foundation is proud to release a new study titled "Evaluation of SCC Formwork Pressure". The study is available electronically on CD by contacting Jennifer LeFevre or Heather Houck and an Executive Summary is available for download here. You may also view the press release here. New Concrete Sustainability Hub at MIT - The RMC Research & Education Foundation is partnering with the Portland Cement Association to co-fund the new Concrete Sustainability Hub (CSH) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
